Head of Charity - Emma Dickens

I provide strategic leadership for the charity, develop new init iatives, build relationships and networks, and work with the team to generate income. It is also my job to ensure that the charity team feels well supported and able to do the fantastic jobs that they do.  

 

What is the best thing about working for the charity?

The people – both those I work with , and those that I meet every d ay. Each day brings something new, and needs plenty of creative thinking which I love. Plus we make an impact – the work we do makes things better for patients , s taff and communities.
