Hope and Faith Stones

Our Charity continues to enhance patient care and experience across the Trust, with the Hope and Faith Stones for our Chaplaincy Team being a recent project we've supported.
Individually, the Stones contain words such as Hope, Courage, Confidence, Virtual Hug, Thank you, Support, Strong, and Thoughtful, which will appeal to individuals who are seeking some support and solace perhaps through times of illness or support their loved ones while in hospital.
These would be single use, and a gesture from the chaplaincy team; depending on the nature of the need, they will help to encourage, support, and empower patients/families.
